MALICE. The story of "Malice" evolves
around a series of love relationships intertwined with the evil
personality of a beautiful woman called Renata Borges. From the very
begining this gorgeous villain manipulates the lives of those who surround
her with the sole purpose of becoming more powerful. In the mansion also
lives Jazmin Tavares. She is the offspring of Pablo Alcantara's affair
with Rosa, one of the maids, but Pablo is married to Renata. Jazmin was
brought up by Renata, but only for one purpose: to have control over a
possible heiress to the Alcantara´s fortune. Jazmin's mother, Rosa,
disappears after a mysterious accident. Renata foresees that Jazmin might
assume her position as Pablo Alcantara's daughter. In the midst of deceit
and intrigue Renata manages to eliminate Jazmin's boyfriend, Adan
Trujillo, and his father, Anibal, allowing her to obtain control of the
Trujillo family's fortune. At this point, Tony Mendoza surfaces. He's the
illegitimate son of the deceased Anibal Trujillo. Tony becomes Jazmin's
ally, but he also becomes a new enemy to Renata Borges, who by now has a
primary goal: the destruction of Jazmin. Renata's conniving deeds collide
with tempestuous love affairs. Among those is the romance flourished
between Annabelle Trujillo and Kayamal Guanipa, a young miner who Renata
brings over from the jungle to assume the role of her lover. The slow
transformation of Kayamal, thanks to Annabelle's love, is one of the main
stories in "MALICE". Simultaneously the struggle of Tony Mendoza to
overcome Jazmin Tavares' death and to fight to recover his father's
fortune will take place in this drama. The jungle setting offers an
original tone to this story written by Carmelo Castro and Laura Bottome. |
